Brought the wrong food. I ordered cigar rolls and got a salad with onion.

This is the second time i ate this restaurant's food. First time i went to the restaurant and second i ordered thru seamless. First time i had their food their food tasted really bad. I informed that to the waiter and he said that's how their food tasted. I thought it was just that day the food was bad. I decided to give a second chance and had it delivered. This time i ordered chicken chops and veg casserole. The chicken had BLOOD coming out of it and i reported it to the seamless customer service. The representative was really helpful and contacted the restaurant but the owner refused to give a refund but Seamless refunded the money for the chicken chop. It is the worst restaurant service i have ever came across. Mistakes happen all it takes is to say sorry and the problem will be solved but the restaurant staff and owners are really the worst in customer service and obviously their food.

I have worked in restaurants and I eat in them a lot. This will be the last time I eat food from this one. I have eaten food from this restaurant several times and each time it has got worse and worse. I knew we were off to a bad start when I opened the bag and the top container of mystery white sauce had a giant hair in it. Garbage. Moving on. I ordered the lamb pizza appetizer. It was soggy and the lamb was obviously not fresh it tasted like a freezer. All of them were soggy yet somehow a half of one was burned to a crisp. the lentil soup was void of all flavor. you had no idea what you were eating. I ordered falaffel, which was mediocre at best even with the pine nuts in them. I ordered the shrimp with white wine and garlic sauce. It came drowning in a redish orange oil surrounded by red bell peppers. It was neither white nor garlic. The only saving grace my uber expensive dinner had was the hummus. and maybe thats because I'm a sucker for hummus. Maybe because hummus consists of 3 things. maybe because i was starving. who knows. this place sucked tonight. I am never eating here again. When I walk past it, i will frown, and tell whomever I am with of this of this story

Ordered the chicken and veggies with rice and got beef instead. Also, there was mostly mushrooms and rice, very little meat

Absolutely worst customer service I've ever experienced. I also had a delivery that was both very delayed and portions were twice smaller than they serve in the restaurant. I'm so disgusted with it I would never order or go to this place ever again.

Lamb kabob is great, but they're over ambitious with their delivery range. I'm 20 blocks away. I'll occasionally still put an order in knowing it's going to be luke warm. #tradeoffs

Delivery took 1.5 hours. I called after 45 min and was told the guy had left and would be there in 5-10 min. 20 min later, no delivery guy. I called back and kept getting the same answer. When it FINALLY arrived, I looked at the receipt and it had been printed 20 minutes before the order arrived which means they didn't complete the order until over an hour after I had placed it. Would never order from here again. I order seamless all the time and have never had such an awful experience!

Food was delivered with in 15 min ( it is about 10 min bike ride to my house). It tasted not fresh but reheated. Salads ware staled, I'd say at least a day old. Grilled tomatoes tested spoiled. It's a shame as I was looking forward to a good meal.

There are so many wonderful things on the menu, HOWEVER the only time you ever get what you ordered is if you are in the restaurant. I try and try to order and EVERY TIME I order for delivery, IT IS NEVER CORRECT!!!

We ordered the food for delivery and it was excellently prepared. The lamb shish kabob was moist and flavorful, the rice was also just right. We had an eggplant appetizer that was delicious and a yogurt dish with cucumber that was excellent. We will definitely order from this restaurant again.

I am really surprised to see all of the negative reviews below. I always either order online or just come here for dinner whenever I feel like having Turkish food, and this is the best Turkish I have ever had. The portions are huge, and the chicken has never been dry. The service is great too. I agree that it is a bit pricey, but this is the price I am willing to pay for the qualify.

Really bad service and the food is average. After waiting an hour, called the restaurant and the woman said she had 'written the wrong address down'...........it was ordered through Seamless Web....that process is automated! No apology and no offer to give any deduction or provide anything extra. Kebab is pretty straightforward to cook, and waiting over 1 hour 30 mins is not worth it. There are plenty of other places. Won't be ordering from here again.

very dry chicken. They said it comes with steamed veggies and I only got half of a pink (not even red) tomato. came with a piece of flat-bread that was probably sitting out for days - hard as a stone. I will not order from there ever again. They got 1 star in my rating because I could not write a review without giving them any stars, so had to put down 1.

The food is quite good, but the service leaves something to be desired. If they mess up an order, don't report it to them or to Seamless unless you want your next delivery to be late accompanied by a surly angry delivery man. Clearly they don't want to deliver to me anymore, I will oblige them.

The food is fine... while I like Beyoglu more than A La Turka, the food isn't bad and there are some dishes (like the eggplant) that are fairly good. However, where A La Turka falls down is around ordering. Honestly, I've rarely seen an outfit quite as awful as A La Turka when it comes to ordering. First off, every order is SUPPOSED to come with hot sauce, yogurt, and "pide" bread. However: - They will only send hot sauce if you actually ask for it - They will only send you ONE tablespoon of yogurt no matter how much food you order - They will only send you 1, maybe 2 breads, again, no matter how much you order. Let's be clear here, I just placed a $100 order with this restaurant, 6 appetizers, two entrees, etc. I got 1 tablespoon of hot sauce, 1 tablespoon of yogurt, and 2 pieces of bread. Now here's the rub. This has happened repeatedly, so we actually put a note in our order to make sure we get the correct amount. The result? Again, infinitessimal quantities of extras. And do you want to know what makes this worse? After suffering through this a number of times, I called them this evening to complain about it (we have guests, and it's inexcusable that we have to deal with this with friends). The result? They sent us over, I kid you not, one more piece of STALE bread and two more yogurts and hot sauce (each one being about a tablespoon). There are better restaurants in the area that you can order from, and it's simply not worth the incredible pain in the butt dealing with A La Turka. We won't be ordering from here again, and I recommend you don't either.

Very good food - we order from her at least once a week...It is a little expensive but no more than any other Turkish Pace in the neighborhood. The Eggplant with Tomato is delish!!

I placed a very large order at 12 noon for future delivery at 2 pm for 10 clients. When I arrived at the clients' office at 1:45, the food had been delivered and waiting there since 12:30. While I appreciated A La Turka's expedience, they failed to properly read my order and delivered it before any of the clients had arrived. The food was cold and soggy, especially the fried 'cigars.' Also, in the notes section of the order, I wrote, 'please include plates and utensils for 10 people.' as I had ordered a selection of appetizers and entrees for the group to share. No plates were provided upon delivery. For 150 bucks worth of apps and entrees, you need to step up your game. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

this place has good food but is way too expensive, also last time i am not very statesfied with them because they forget to give me the BOTTLE OF soda, i called them 30 minutes later the CAN of soda arrives, i dont know what the problem is they dont have fridge to cary sodas in their restourant that they told me they had to buy it for me @ a supermarket, weird, this is last time i am ordering food from them, 5 dollar food from the street will do the same.
